I'm not on CoD as often as I should be anymore, but I really need to revisit it again. It gave me many great moments (hours, days, etc) I feel like I ditched a best friend or something.

I think we should be clear, are we referring to CoD4 for the 360 or PC? Most everyone I play with is on the 360. I can post the laundry list of players we cycle though. ;)

I'm still on from time to time. Getting a little annoyed with the apparent spike in jackassery now that the population has culled down in numbers. I can't remember the last time I played HQ without it breaking down into a game of "camp the HQ, but don't take it"

Gets old. :mad: I'm still a right pain in the arse in domination with the gratuitous flashbang usage tho'. :D

I haven't played Cod4 MP since the beta and I suck at console FPS's but I am very much down for this. I don't think I have any of you on my friends list so feel free to add me if you want to play, xGryfter.

I play CoD4 through Steam. If you guys have that, it should be pretty easy to set something up, or we can always just pick a good server. I've mostly been playing on a big and violent team deathmatch server, but the smaller hardcore ones can be more fun with a group.

I figure this is as good a time as any to start up the Colony of Gamers clan for Call of Duty 4.

The clan is going to be super casual: no official rosters, no hard and fast schedules or any of that stuff. We'll just continue on how we have been for the better part of a year now.

Yeah you can always catch the usual crew on and you know I am there. It was nice when we had set matches, but that got old fast. But seriously no other crew would have ever thought to have called "Glory Hole" on Bloc ... "Track's Mom" and the numerous innuendos there after.

Unfortunately, I have the box copy with it's terrible matchmaking. I wanted to get it on Steam, but I needed it for a LAN party on the day, and could wait for the download.

Hahaha. Yeah. I tend to come home from work, turn on the 360, and then putt around the house doing things like making/eating dinner, garbage, hang up clothes, or squeeze in some PC gaming. Have gone entire nights forgetting that I even turned the 360 on =P

I wish it showed all the invites you get during those times. I would bet you would find 50 to 100 on some nights.

I attempted to play this MP the other day... Wow, did I get my ass kicked. It is nothing like any other MP shooter. It reminded me of a training exercise I did in the Army at JRTC.

I would love to if anyone is interested. The problem is, no one was ever on to play. Maybe we could setup one or 2 days a week where we all get together and play clan matches. That should be done before a new clan is set up.

The clan isn't really a clan any more. We occasionally run with the CoD clan tag, but it brings out too many assholes so we usually just do our own thing.
