Does anyone have one of these suckers lying around, or have any advice about where to pick one up on the cheap? I remember Microsoft was handing them out for free ages ago, but I don't see anything about that promotion anymore.

I just transferred the contents of my 20GB hard drive (launch unit) to a 16GB flash drive in preparation of picking up a new 360 soon - it was super easy.

I have one lying around if you need to borrow. But MS is usually good about getting them out pretty fast.

They cost $20 in stores, and I think MS charges for them now, too. The new dashboard supports them natively, so HDDs hooked to them show up as accessible devices, just like memory units or the installed hard drive.
