I hate these fucking things. Thankfully I've learned to "decode" them (I saw the instructions on GameFaqs) so I'll follow the steps to get to figure it out. First you start off with the Original, which Gorvi provided:

One of the games being revealed at the VGAs will have an exclusive PS3 character or level revealed the day after.

I am betting that Arkham Asylum 2 on PS3 will let you fuck Catwoman on the hood of the batmobile using the Move controller. SHIT BE EDGY!

Either way, I am expecting something... smaller, as the big reveals will be at VGA.

Holy crap, that would be amazing! This is the problem with an announcement of an announcement, everyone always comes up with better ideas than the actual announcement. And then there's announcements like "LA Noir is a PS3 exclusive" which then get over turned later.

Wouldn't they save Uncharted 3 for E3? It's going to be a pretty big game so I can't see them wasting that on the Spike awards.

Uncharted 2 debuted at the Spike awards, so there is precedent. The popular theory now seems to be Uncharted 3 revealed in trailer form at the awards with an event the following day detailing the game in a more in depth manner.

The other popular theory is Starhawk, the sequel to Warhawk, which is a game that has been all but confirmed for a long time now.

So with Uncharted 3 being announced today, and a gameplay demo being set for Monday on Jimmy Kimmel, that kinda knocks it out of the running for a reveal this Sunday. Now it's back to being wide open. Starhawk maybe? I doubt that would get it's own event for a reveal.

Yeah.. but they didn't reveal anything AFTER the VGAs.

It looks like there was some kind of press event they were sending invites out to, which is where the whole thing came from. But who knows, it was probably just Uncharted 3.

Press were invited to see the demo that was played on Fallon last night. In fact, that demo is actually 10 minutes long. The embargo for it should be up later this week.

I have no idea if any of this is part of what was intended as an announcement however.
