Am I the only one finding this somewhat insane?

Okay, so Sierra released Betrayal at Krondor free to the web some time ago.

GoG picked it up, repackaged it with all the GoG goodies, and are now selling it.

Now, GoG got the rights to Betrayal in Antara, and are giving it away free to BaK owners.

The mind, it boggles.

This is made slightly less crazy when you consider that BaK was only supposed to be free for a time, even though people continued to distribute it.

I did not know that. Huh.

Betrayal at Krondor was a cool game that I never quite felt like I was playing correctly.

Seriously. That game is such a kick in the dick. Picked it up on COG a while back, and immediately remembered why I never finished it. Always feels like you're 'doing it wrong.' Always some enemy that completely screws you over and makes you re-think how you play.

Betrayal at Krondor is one of my all time favorites (even if I never replay it) and it actually got me into fantasy novels afterwards/during. Had never read one before 9th grade, but Feist became my virgin-popping author.

I remember the best way to play BaK was to say 'fuck it' to the plot in Chapter 2, and go do side-quests for about 6 hours. Then you go continue, until Ch 4, when you do it again.

And can someone move this to the PC forum? I screwed up and put it in the wrong one.
