Not a dream, not a hoax, not an alternate reality. Mercenaries 2 developer Pandemic will be bringing Barack Obama and Sarah Palin to Mercenaries 2 as playable characters. So says Pandemic's Tom Stratton."Mercenaries 2 is a game seemingly ripped straight out of today's headlines and fueled with the same type of over-the-top action found in the best summer blockbuster films. It only makes sense we inject the game with a spin on current affairs. The timing was too good to let pass.Pandemic also confirmed that "there will be a Mercenaries 3", but gave no timetable for it.

No word on exactly when the characters will be made available, but chances are it will be after the election.

Yeah, but be realistic, Palin is a lot more interesting as a character in Mercs tham McCain is.
