In time, we’re hoping to introduce very rare items that are both only available for a certain amount of time and extremely collectible. And yes... you read that right. The Halloween outfit will be available on November 6th. Also, it kind of sucks if you want just one outfit that you gotta spend $5 bucks to get it if you have no money in your PSN wallet.

I'll grab the free ones, no way I'll pay for any. Odd that the Halloween and space man outfits won't be until next week, they're on the Asian stores right now.

I'm in the same boat with the pay/free ones. They say it's because they are "launch" outfits so I'm guessing they are waiting or the EUR launch... but as you pointed out it doesn't explain why they are already available for the JPN launch.

Yeah, as we both said we want the free ones. Just silly that the Halloween outfits are available a week after Halloween is over.

I think so. There more packages they release the more unique your sackboy can be. No one wants 1000 Kratos sackboys running around.

The only thing they could get me to pay for would be new abilties or possibly new toys to create levels with.

But I'd pay some cash to equip Sack Boy with, say, a whip, or better yet a gun. Little Big Planet turned into an action game would be awesome. Also we need something besides one hit "brains." Like targets you have to hit with projectile that you can set the number of times you have to hit them before they blow up.

I got "Little Big Planet: Super Mario." Now I want Little Big Planet: Contra Edition.

But I'd pay some cash to equip Sack Boy with, say, a gun or a whip.

I wouldn't be surprised if a level editor content pack hit the PSN in the spring.

I don't thing you need to put $5 in your wallet to buy something that is less. I never have money in my wallet and when I buy something, it lets you put in the exact amount of money you need for the purchase.

If you don't have any money in your wallet, then you must put a minimum of $5 dollars in. Go ahead and try to buy something under $5 when you have an empty wallet to see the message.

Well, it's just for the COSTUME on SackBoy-the equivalent of "gamer pics"--at this point. Nothing that adds to the game in any substantial way.

seems ok to me as long as community stuff stays free. The smart consumer can pick and choose from the best the community offers while those with unlimited funds can buy everything.
