Hey guys. I recently got internet fast enough to redownload my copy of Borderlands on Steam. At the same time I nabbed all the DLC when it was 66% off. I was wondering if anyone wants to go through the Campaign? I lost my characters and have to restart.
Anyways my Steam is Mojestic@maximumgamer.com

I would like to do that. I don't have any of the DLC, but I want to go through the campaign and would really like some company. I'm Lithium Flower on Steam.
Too bad I am playing it on the PS3. I would love to play a soldier online.

Dukefrukem and I also play on Steam, by our usual handles. We're thinking of playing some tonight, in fact. Feel free to add and send us a note.

We're not that far along - you'll probably just level up real quick ;)

This game looked like it would get old pretty fast...the fact that people are still playing it kind of makes me want to pick it up.

does anyone else experience massive frame loss when playing multiplayer?

It's a lot of fun with friends. The whole game feels a bit like an empty action MMO - it's just you and some quest givers who mostly stand still and a whole world of stuff to shoot - so in single player, it can get pretty tedious (even though the shooting is well done). In multiplayer, though, the combat is varied enough and the world big enough to give you a lot to chew on.
Dukefrukem, Shjinta and I got in tonight and played for a couple of hours (Duke fixed his framerate problem, yay!) and had a pretty good time. :)

I'd really love to join in, but I just figured out that my PC Borderlands copy isn't what some people would call "legal" and I feel bad about trying to track down a new crack. I'm still debating buying the whole thing on Steam, 30$isn't highway robbery and I've never played the DLC before. Hmmm I say.

I don't know how you feel about Direct2Drive but Borderlands GotY is on sale for 11.95 there.

I have a 69 Siren if people want to do some high level stuff. The zombie DLC might be fun with 4 players. :) I've been farmering Crawmerax for a few days, I have an extra Bessie if somebody needs one.
I'm also good for powerleveling if somebody wants to start a new character and not play through all the early stuff.
my gamespy id just for this is random51borderlands
