Any of you guys watching Entourage this season? This week's episode had a ton of guest stars including Mike Tyson, Jessica Simpson, Aaron Sorkin, Sasha Grey, Bob Saget, Stan Lee, and Randall Wallace.

I have to say that this season has been going pretty slow in my opinion, but this episode really picked it up. Tyson was funny in his scene (especially his giddy asking of Ari to ask Jessica Simpson to star with him in the Brady Bunch remake). Bob Saget was funny as usual. Plus, Ari's wife looked great at the end of the episode.

If anyone is watching, at least it looks like it'll get more interesting now with Lizzy going after Ari, perhaps with a lawsuit or something (blackmail perhaps).

I think the show has run its course, although the last episode with Stamos was fun. I think the whole extreme story with Vince is unbelievable, I think Eric is just kind of there, there's not enough time with Emmanuel Chiqri, Ari has become a caricature, and Drama hasn't changed whatsoever in the entire run of the show. Turtles actually the only one I find appealing anymore.

Lizzy is fucking hot, though, so that kind of balances it out.

I just feel dumb for not having looked. Once I saw that thread, I remembered reading it. Oh well.

The first four episodes of this season were very slow and downright awful. At which point I was thinking that it very well had run its course. But then this episode airs and all is right in the Entourage world. Well, as much as it could be.

And I completely agree that the extreme Vince story is awful. He is the borderline worst actor on the show. For 6 seasons he played it relatively safe (didn't even drive until the Ferrari movie or something). And then in the course of like 4 episodes he went from afraid to do his own stunt driving to riding a Harley and popping Vicodin and banging Sasha Grey.

And yeah, Lizzy is hot, as well as Ari's wife. Sometimes this show's only redeeming quality is the hot women they cast.

Most of what you say sir is spot on. Watching this season has me thinking that Entourage has run it's course - I've been thinking this for some time now. Turtle's probably the most interesting character on the show.

They need to change the direction of the show if it's going to keep interesting.... too much stuffing - no substance. It's clear now that the show is just pandering. It can't last with every episode having Ari blasting through some glass door complaining of which whatever screwed him over from some client and Vince acting like some bitch over some part and E acting woefully clueless and Drama overacting.... it's just getting tired.

I wish the show would return to them actually making movies and being involved in their supposed business. For the last couple seasons, they have just been showing the filler between Vince's movies but I liked the show a lot more in the Aquaman and Queen's Boulevard days. Even the Smoke Jumpers arc had better moments than a lot of the recent seasons. It's still funny for the most part, but there is nothing driving the show now. I agree that this past episode was much better, but the show is just kind of stagnating, especially with regards to Vince.

I agree. This week's episode was good, but really, I don't see this going for another season or more. It took 5 episodes this year to even get to a good one.

I still think they should have Ari just dump Vince and his entourage and get involved with someone else.

They should just dump Vince. Have him go the way of Drama, not able to get a job for a while and focus on the rest of the guys and their success/struggles to make it without Vince making the money.

Maybe that's the way it is heading, maybe he'll get addicted to painkillers or something and no one will want to work with him. Then we see if E can make it on his own working for that management company, and Turtle has to resort to prostitution or something. Drama will continue to be Drama I guess.

Again, Benson, the show is only doing 99 episodes, so I think they're only doing like 7 or 8 next season. There isn't much time left to start anything new.

I guess I was just speculating on the rest of the season. I haven't really read much about the show outside here. I guess I've just been along for the ride, if you will. I had no idea they had it set at 99 episodes. Since they've been doing 12 per season for a while, I'd guess that's what they'll do this season as well. That leaves them with 9 episodes for next season then.

Definitely not bad. And it looked like she was struggling to contain herself when she sat down on Ari's couch.

But I still think Lizzy is pretty nice, myself.

And what is up with Sasha Grey? I guess I hadn't seen her other performances, but I had no idea she had that much hair. Is that her thing, or something new? The usual pornstar is shaved, so that was a surprise. I guess I'm the opposite of Turtle, I go in expecting shaved, and seeing what Sasha was sporting there would have surprised me.
