Posting this one early today as I'm not sure what kind of free time I'll have for the rest of the day. The theme this week is to take pictures that represent your daily life.

You know this is a geek forum, it's quickly turning into the 'show us your setup' thread :)

Well in keeping with the rest of the thread:

My desk...Wow, this picture makes it look more cluttered than it actually is. The only 2 things missing from it are my camera (which I'm using to take the picture) and my MBP, which is being repaired ATM. Usually sits where my painting stuff is.
While I do spend a lot of time at my desk, its not where I spend ALL my time. A few more pics, spoilerd to keep my post from being obtrusive.

My dog. I spend a lot of time with my dog every day. Walking him, playing catch, or just having him lay on couch while I game.

Took some pictures from around the house as that's where I spend most of my non-work time.
The first 3 are pictures from the 2 aquariums I have in the basement. These are fish that I rescued from an over crowded tank at work. I split them up into multiple tanks and nursed them back to health. The healthiest ones got sold to a fish store and I kept the misfits which is why you might see some missing fins and cloudy eyes. The tanks aren't as dirty as they look in these pictures. I take very good care of my fishies!

And this last one is a picture I took from street level at the end of my driveway pointed at the nearest cross road.

It is kind of funny how someone says what is your life, and it turns into screenshots of desks. Not the mouse, the keyboard, but that space. Maybe a metaphysical approach would be more immediate to me, someone looking behind the desk at the back where all the cords are as a nod to the intertubes and so forth. The mouse/KB because it is a gateway to the previous, A controller, because the console is useless without it, etc.
For me it would be an empty chair, bench, or something I would see while waiting to go elsewhere. Leaving, not arriving. Although that dog picture makes me rethink things a bit.
Reminded me of the dog whom just returned from a week of "running away"

I will have to look when I get home to see what I have on my phone.
EDIT: These are from random encounters on the way home and to wherever else:

I have no idea what this is, but it wouldn't move when I was walking around it for 5 minutes:

Since I posted the other 2 tanks here I figured I should just post the 3rd one. This is the 50 gallon that's in our bedroom, the 'main' tank really. I need to clean the surface because all the plants build up and cause that green tint.

They have special lights with filters to prevent that (if the plants inside are fake, might help).
This made me wan't to get a new tank, fish are so damn interesting and cool.

Yeah the water itself isn't green so a UV light wouldn't help. There's a thin layer of plants across the whole surface that I have to scrape off every couple weeks. So it's really like passing a light through a thin green filter, it's actually not that green in person it's just the way the camera captured it. It's just the side effect of keeping real plants, they grow and they grow fast :P The light kit on the top has built in moonlights, makes a hell of a night light. It's cool to lay in bed and watch the more nocturnal fish come out and do their thing.

Looks like algae mixed with cloudy water. Either way, I wish I still had mine.

Oh yeah I've had the green water before so I know what that's like. This tank was a birthday present from my fiance last year. I've always wanted a fish tank but living in apartments it never made sense. One of the best gifts I think I've ever received.
