Joss Whedon's Dollhouse Update

There is a very long and somewhat rambly blog post by Whedon here. (http://whedonesque.com/comments/17945) I won't quote it but the main points are that the Dollhouse pilot was scrapped and has to be re-done....or maybe it already has been re-done and it was Whedon's choice to do it. After some initial disagreements apparently Whedon and the network are on the same page for Dollhouse which is a good thing because we don't want another Firefly on our hands....or another Angel for that matter even though that show was canceled in time to do a proper ending. Can't wait for this show to start in January.....my tv has been without Whedon for too long.

I believe part of the problem was Whedon got caught up in directing the first few episodes and the writing started to suffer. Glancing over the blog post things look to be a mess. If this train wreck gets back on track I will be surprised. Well, I suppose he is saying the train is back on the track but it looks to be missing several passengers.
