The codes are given to everyone that registers at the site guys.

Early Impressions:
It's good, but not COD4 good.
The weapons lack punch, Hardcore Mode (my personal favorite) it's unbalanced, sometimes you have to unload 3 shots on an enemy's torso to kill him! Also there's a bug with the Map and the recon plane in hardcore. It doesn't work, at all.

I think so, though I would take HL2 for the pc off your hands since I've can"t play the console version.

I came here to say the same thing since I just got an e-mail from them, but it looks like everyone is getting one.
