Conan PS3 for 10 bucks at Best Buy

Just picked up Conan for the PS3 for $10 at my local Best Buy. Also got the Orange Box strategy guide for a penny. Not too bad.

Conan was a nice mindless romp...I enjoyed it. Play on the normal difficulty though...the hard difficulty makes it next to impossible to beat the final boss apparently.

This shouldn't be a YMMV situation, it was $20 back in June when I picked it up. Sadly, Vikings: Battle for Asgard is still $40 everywhere.

Orange Box strategy guide might be YMMV though, probably a clearance type item.

Any word on the 360 version? For 10 clams, I'd grab it. Mos' def.

Rogue, you should be able to score Viking nearly everywhere for less than that. Heck, buy it from Gamefly (you don't have to be a member, just use Google Checkout if you want), and even Gamestop sells it new for $20, used for two bucks less. I'd say buy it new just to shaft them.

But yeah, Viking is worth $20. Beat it last month, really liked it.

They had 2 big bins of assorted games for all platforms at my best buy. Some of the ones I remember were Hour of Victory, Tony Hawk Proving Ground, Fantastic 4 Rise of the Silver Surfer, assorted PSP, PS2, Xbox, and DS games.

I might actually grab this as something to put on my shelf for when the time is right. At that price, there's almost no reason not to. Enjoy the demo enough for ten bucks at the very least.

Its alot of fun. It's kind of like a poor man's God of War. Definately worth 10 beans.

This is a bump, but it's not for Conan (though the PS3 version was there). Best Buy has a ton of these $10 games, or 50% original price, some good, some bad. I grabbed Crash of the Titans and Tomb Raider Anniversary for $10 each tonight. I might go back for more tomorrow. Like Virtua Fighter 5 and others.

For all consoles, this gen and last. It wasn't a bargain bin but a large wall of games near the check-out areas.
