I'm skeptical (in the first one it looked like the menus were activated when the man spoke, before the bird did), but think it's also potentially possible. I've got a parrot in my gaming room who sometimes mimics the sound effects or will respond to the audio. The last thing I want is to play a voice-activated game and have him start shrieking something.
