This thing is worth it for the Flash support alone.

Fantastic browser, I've been in the beta for several months now, i'm guessing its finally an open beta?

But yeah, when Hulu works on a mobile phone web browser, you know its good.

Still though, I actually stopped using it. My one issue with it was the smart zooming. You double tap the text and it would zoom to fit that text to the screen, but the text would be too small for reading. Opera 9.5, when you double tap something it will zoom in 100% so the text is perfect and reformat the page accordingly so you dont have to scroll left and right.

Flash works in Opera. But you don't want flash on mobile. There is no such thing as unlimited bandwidth in the states. Even when you pay for it you get choked off near the 9 gig mark. Flash ads, video, and sites would eradicate your limit.

I've been using it since .04... it's on .8 or something now. It really is a nice browswer. I use it way more than Operamini. There isn't a site that I've been to that doesn't work with it. It definitely is my default mobile browser.

I haven't used Skyfire, but from what I hear it's able to do flash and stuff because they are essentially just sending you an image. The server is doing the major work, compressing it and sending it to the device. It's an interesting concept, but it won't win me over as Opera syncs my bookmarks and such for me.

Opera Mini does that same thing, which is also the same thing Netzero was doing to speed up 56k connections years ago.

What is it with Skyfire and its hatred of everyone outside of the US? Fuck it. :p
