I hate to even bring it up, but I’m sure we all remember the recent frap surrounding Roger Ebert’s comments on video games—not art and so on. Well, this week’s pick for Free and Worth Every Penny begs to differ. I didn’t really go looking for something to refute the man’s arguments—it just kinda worked out that way.

Now, I know what you’re thinking... ‘Arty’ games are boring. Ah, but they don’t have to be. That’s why Ceramic Shooter: Electronic Poem (http://www.colonyofgamers.com/cogforums/showthread.php?t=17188) is worth noting. It’s not boring. It’s a shmup. It’s a poem. It’s fun. Intriguing? Read on.
