Okay, here's the story. On the 7th, I placed an order for some Bioware points. The charge went through my PP account, the Bioware purchase history page shows the transaction, but I have no points.

I've opened up a support case within an hour, but it's been 2 days now and no resolution.

What step should I take next? Should I wait a few more days or should I start the non-delivery of goods action?

Given biowares community and customer support seems to have been sucked in to a black hole of late I'd suggest going with the non-delivery of goods action. It will either get your money back or get some one attention.

Agreed, Bioware appears to have been replaced with a tribe of people that haven't left the deep Amazon for years, they've only just been discovered and put in charge of support.

I've been trying for months to purchase Bioware Points using a visa card. It just doesn't go through. Their support holds Digitalriver responsible but they are virtually untraceable and completely non-responsive.

My Visa works, but you might want to call them and make sure that they aren't blocking the charge based on "suspicious activity". It's happened for me when buying from GoG.com.
