In all seriousness, 75% of all health care spending in the United States is related to five underlying conditions (coronary artery disease, diabetes, congestive heart failure, asthma, and depression). Attack those five, and our health care spending problems (not insurance coverage problems, however) go away.

So...I've got ten years. At least my life insurance will still be valid then, as long as I keep paying! My wife will be well off! :)

PS - Another solution to our health care spending problems would be to stop covering those five conditions! Free market solution! I kid, I kid! ;)

I don't think those 'modes' have anything to do with the person's disposition. It's if you want a -for example - normal, optimistic, or sadistic estimate. That's why the sadistic results have a super-fast countdown even though it's 'measured' in seconds.
