Anyone know why I can't get GTA4 to install? I'm close to 100% completion, but I had to upgrade to a retail version of Win7 and after reinstalling Bioshock 2 and a handful of other games successfully, GTA4 won't even begin! It stays at 0% and when I check the steam bandwidth monitor, nothing. Like it's not even trying. Steam seems to lock up/not respond whenever I try messing with GTA anyway and I'm forced to close it from task manager.
