For those of us that won Far Cry 2 via texting at PAX has anyone heard anything? I haven't...anyone know of someone we could contact about these games?

No word for me either. I am holding out for the free copy, so it will be a shame if I don't get to play it for a while because they don't send it.

I actually just brought this up with my roommate this morning. Both of us had won copies, his for PC and mine for 360. I also it'd be cool if/when we get it, although I don't think either of us will play it on PC. I'm not fond of software that quietly installs itself to Ring 0 with no way to remove it.

Was it a PAX-sponsored contest? Just e-mail Penny Arcade, I'm sure they're cool with making sure their attendees get hooked up.

You could text to a number (and could keep doing it til you won, like many of us did waiting for BAP's panel) and win a copy of the game. They looked at the text and took down our shipping info, but we haven't heard a thing from them since. This morning I hopped on the Far Cry 2 forums and made a post, so hopefully some info comes from that.

Thanks for that tip...even though it wasn't a PAX-sponsored contest I shot an e-mail to Tycho. If he knows nothing about it himself I'm sure he would know of someone to contact to find out about it.

Nice. hopefully you have better luck than I. The only reply I got on the FarCry forums was "What is PAX?":(

Damnit I want my Far Cry 2....or at least give me someone to bitch at for it without having to wait till PAX next year.

i havn't recieved an email :( although the guy said i was first to win and when i went and gave him information he just had created the spreadsheet so i know i was the first. no email :( i talked to someone and they gave me his email hopefully he gets it and i get my copy :(... did anyone else win the Prince of Persia one? i won that as well :)

I got my copy yesterday. It was sent from SF, so it'll take a little while to get to you folks out East. :)

At least people are getting them. I was concerned with not hearing anything about it for a while there.
