Can't get enough of Fable II? Then the Sci-Fi channel has just the ticket. As part of the new Sci-Fi series Hero Factor, Hero Factor: Fable II will take a look at the game's innovative take on heroism.

The show will feature a diverse cast of commentators including the game’s developers from Lionhead, game-industry insiders, screenwriters, actors, and celebrities. Here's a list of who's set to appear:


Dominic Monaghan, actor from “Lost”, “Lord of the Rings”
Zak Penn, screenwriter of “X-Men”, “Incredible Hulk”
Kelly Hu, actress from “X-Men”, “CSI”
Josh Gomez, actor from “Chuck”
Jon M. Gibson, founder, I Am 8-Bit
Tom Russo, Game Journalist
Ricardo Torres, game journalist from GameSpot
Rebecca Swanner, entertainment journalist from “Penthouse”
Legendary game developer Peter Molyneux and The Lionhead Studios team behind Fable II

I guess I'll be watching this. I'm still not sure about buying the game though.

Not only are they bad, but I think they're wrong. I can't seem to find it airing at any time within the next week off my sattelite guide, but it's been wrong before.

I imagine it's just in a block of time called "Paid Programming" or some such.

2:27 and they are showing some stupid Mosquito movie. I have seen two Fable commercials.

I turned my TV on for this. I have not turned that thing on in months, I use my monitor for the 360.

Edit: Their site shows it as playing at 2:30, Mosquito movie is ending as I type... and it's on.

The times seem to be wrong. It was on earlier but didn't really have that much new info or any interesting info at all.

A sample of this program is up on GameTrailers. Mostly just a bunch of actors and developers talking excitedly about the game's marketing points. Brief examples of gameplay are shown. I don't know...do you really think Kelly Hu and Dominic Monaghan played through the game for more than an hour or so? They seem awfully excited about something they likely haven't played much.

Kelly Hu can play with my Fable 2 for an hour. :rolleyes:
I mean 40? I just don't see it.
