I have gone down into the valley of waffles. I have fallen prey to their temptations. I have *gasp* eaten waffles and *double gasp* LIKED them.

HOWEVER!

Don't be worried. I have resisted the demonic allure of that inferior breakfast treat and am now on the road to recovery. I am, now and forever, a pancakite!

DO NOT FEAR, MY BRETHREN! WE SHALL PREVAIL!

I had Pancakes yesterday morning... and I added black berry jam into the batter, and it was good.

But I do long for some crunchy waffles...

Scrambled eggs mixed with peppers, onions and tortillas all cooked in garlic and serano chile infused butter. Black beans and cheese on the side with optional tortillas... Love Migas. Too bad I live 1,500 miles away from the diner that makes this.
