I'm currently using IGN for my gaming collection. I like the idea because I like a list available to anyone to check out. I haven't used it in a while and IGN has this new user name thing and since then they linked D2D accounts, so unfortunately I have three different accounts. I got with CS and they advised they can't combine them.
Not the biggest deal, but before I re-do my game collection to my main account that's tied in to my main email, I was wondering if there's any other better browser-based game collecting out there. It looks like CAG has one in the works, and I don't like 1ups. Gamespot's is pretty cool, unfortunately games don't have the 'add' underneath when searched by platform. But again, I don't want to go through with it if it's not worth it.
Thoughts?

Well, like I said, I think theirs (CAG) is still under construction.
I signed up for BL before...I'll have to dig deeper on the site. Thanks.

Do have to add comes in individually? If so...fuck that.
Also, I wish it pulled from some sort of database. I went ahead and added halo for the Wii.

I used to use IGN, but eventually I just moved to my own spreadsheet. Just got tired with the, admittedly rare, import games that weren't in their database. Still, I realise it's not particularly good for sharing with other people.

I've been happy with IGN's. It seems to freeze and not accept my searches when adding games more often than I'd like, but their database is freaking massive.
I started one on that backloggery site to check it out but hated the interface. I'd always be up for more suggestions though, I'm pretty damn OCD when it comes to making lists.....

You're right, I missed that part.
Anyway, it seems to be up and running. I tried adding some really obscure games, and they were in there.

That's awesome. I wonder where they get the data from?
I would love to create a be-all-end-all gaming collection/database website. I'm currently unemployed and have all the free time right now. So anyone with some skills, hit me up.

It comes from the users. Under Games and Collections, there's an option to Submit Game to CAG. If you've got something not on there, you can put it up, but I haven't found any (domestic) games that I have that aren't listed. Even a couple of my imports are there.
