Saw this on slickdeals (http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?threadid=963801), but Target through Amazon has The Darkness (http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B000HX1P72/ref=sr_1_olp_1?tag=slickdeals&ie=UTF8&s=videogames&qid=1224283232&sr=8-1) for roughly $5. This is a steal if you still haven't played it yet.

Totally worth it...that game might not have been perfect but there is CERTAINLY $5 worth of enjoyment to be had from it.

Does it show the full movie. I watched a lot of it. But after a while I felt weird.

Oh wow. I was tempted too but after I got that one I left. I was thinking about it wondering if she was going to be TOO GOOD a girlfriend. Another secret achievement you know. I shrugged it off and left.

It appears in stock. When you go to check out, it isn't in stock.

I appreciate the effort, but it's definitely out of stock. :( Why it doesn't appear so prior to being ordered, I don't know...but it's out.

My copy vanished when I lent it to a friend. That and Condemned. Glad I can pick this up again. The ending was bittersweet. Hell, the entire end sequence involving the mansion was awesome.

Great game. I really enjoyed it, and it was a serious contender for my game of the year of 2007 until Bioshock came out. It's short, but DEFINITELY worth 5-10 bucks.

Ok, so the real question is will The Darkness show up in time to get any play time before Tuesday.

I love The Darkness, I really do. But when I read the first half of your post my face was a contorted mask of agony and surprise and rage. Good to see you cleared that up. =)

Bah, I've got too much on my plate now anyway. Just finished GTA IV, so I can start Fable 2. Then Fallout 3. Then we've got LBP. Then Gears 2. Somewhere in there I need to actually play Uncharted.

...too...many...games...

Darkness is $8 @ Newegg (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16874105475). They also have Overlord for $15.

This game trades in at EB for $5, and with their "Trade 2 get an extra $10" promotion going on now, I had big plans, but my Target is sold out.

Yeah but Darkness will give you so much bang for your buck. And it's under 10 hours. Not much in the way of filler either.
