This looks awesome. I love Bomberman, and customizing my character. Bombermans usually have some kind of costume stuff but I really enjoy the idea of getting different bonuses from the items.

The character customization in Bomberman 64 was great. What a fun game.

Anyway, I have Bomberman on the Virtual Console and that's enough for me these days.

It really is sort of a shame that Bomberman 64 wound up being an evolutionary dead end for the series.

I rather though it made the transition to 3d quite well in that game, but subsequent games just went back to remaking the NES game over and over again.

I totally enjoy the customization in the XBLA Bomberman, and I like portable ad-hoc play with my kids on the DS version.
