They need more of him and John Oliver's character together. The "trial" next to the pool showed me how well they work together. But the Spanish Class parts are always my favorite. Senor Chang is the fucking shit.

Also this. My wife got me to watch the first episode and I was like "The guy from The Soup? Get the fuck outta here." But each episode has made me more of a fan. The weird mix of characters works much better than I thought it would at first.

Yes, that's it. Community. It's not a bad show, by any means. In particular, the one-minute bits during the credits have an improvised, free-flowing feel that I really enjoy.

I can agree with that. He was/is great on the Daily Show, and his stand up special was side-splittingly funny. I kind of assumed that he would only make brief appearances in Community as I'm sure his other projects come first. I do agree they need to at least have him around for a few minutes per episode, if nothing else.
I can also see why his performance here isn't lauded...he's been in what, 3 episodes, and only two of those for more than a minute or two.

Yes! Also, I need to remember to have my DVR record an extra minute or two, because the after-credits segments keep getting chopped. What happened last week during Abed and Troy's strangely random Burt and Ernie routine? They took a bite of cookie and then it chopped out.
I just realized that Hulu is my friend and that I should consult it.

When the show started it did seem like they were just going through the motions. I honestly didn't expect it to last either. But it improves with nearly every episode and is one of the few shows left that my wife and I watch every single week. We both agreed that Troy and Abed (mostly Abed) are the reason the show is so awesome. Case in point, the Bert & Ernie skit at the end of the last episode...classic.

Great episode. Great show. It's now officially free of the limitations of its setting. They don't have to talk about classes, or teachers, or papers or finals at all if they don't want to. The characters are developed enough for them to be able to any outlandish shit they want with them.

This episode wasn't as top-notch as last few, but it was still pretty damn good. What sealed it for me was the credits gag. They make you think that in Dr. Escudera, Greendale finally has one legit, serious, no-nonsense, old-school teacher, and then you find out she threw the final for some of Pierce's loving.

Community: Annie going to Delaware.
