Not feeling it at all, I'm afraid. I hated the trailer. Oh well, wait and see I suppose. I would really like to be wrong, but I have a feeling it will suck.

As I said in the PA thread, the distributor will not release a movie in a place where there's no demand for it. This is a way for them to gauge demand.

It took me at least 10 minutes to explain this concept to my brother, who declared that the limited release was "lame" and "dumb" because of the first film's cult following.

Yeah, I'm pretty upset that NO theaters in Houston will be playing it.

For the record, I was the 51st person in Greensboro to demand it on that horrible ad-saturated site.

Well it looks like I will need to wait for the DVD. I was really looking forward to seeing it this weekend in theaters. To think this movie is limited and yet we keep getting more SAW in theaters. Hollywood sucks.

Don't worry, it'll probably open wider in a few weeks like Paranormal Activity did.
Maybe.

the henrys at the end of alley is on queen street, the lakeview lunch is on bloor, and the bar where they get in the fight is on richmond street. there were quite a few street scenes i recognized too.

Everyone check your local listings now. It's finally playing at the larger cinemas in my area. I'm gonna check it out this weekend.

Ugh. It's not playing anywhere in the state of North Carolina. The closest showing is in Richmond, VA.
