The recent 4-pack deals on Steam have been generating a lot of PMs for myself and others, and it would be handy if there was a Reply-to-all button for PMs. Otherwise make the default Reply button add all recipients to begin with. Once you've hit Reply, you no longer see who all received the original message.

It would be nice if the forum software allowed this, but I don't believe it does.
