BSG Returns January 16th

According to Entertainment Weekly scribe Michael Ausiello, the final season of Battlestar Galactica - comprised of 10 episodes running at least 11 hours - will debut on the Sci-Fi channel on January 16th. That means that if all of the episodes run consecutively the series finale should air on March 20th.

Last I had read was that Caprica hadn't yet been picked up for a series - it sounded like they were waiting to see how the Caprica movie does in the ratings. That was from about 2 months ago so it may have changed.

I'm kind of hesitant because I'm pretty sure they're going to mess up the last couple of episodes. At the same time, I'm curious to see where the writers choose to take the story.
