What did he say about Too Human 2?

I only talked a bit with him before and after the Story Matters panel. He was cool to talk with though and noticed my COG shirt right away. I only asked him about the levels you earned in the first game carrying over and he said that was still in there. I need to get Too Human again to get max level.
