Everyone vs Dinosaurs

Hopefully I'm just dumb, and it turns out that not everyone gets their passes at once, but if this isn't the case I have a bit of a problem.
I ordered my 3-Day pass on the 13th, which is what I had heard was the last day to order them if you wanted them mailed to you. My friends received their passes somewhere around a week ago, whereas I did not. I figured this was just because I ordered mine much later than they had, and mine would come later. But I decided to re-read that email that was sent, and I saw that it says
"Badges will be mailed out (to the US only) two weeks before PAX -- you'll receive your lanyard and badge holder at the show."
It is past two weeks, and I currently have my printed Registration Confirmation, but not the pass itself. Is there anything I need to do? Thanks in advance.
