Say what you want about them, but few companies have embraced the Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation Network as wholeheartedly as Electronic Arts. And not just with DLC, but with new arcade-focused titles based on some of their big properties. The latest IP to get the arcade treatment is Command & Conquer Red Alert 3: Commander's Challenge (what a name!).
Set for release sometime this summer C&C RA3: CC (what an acronym!) will pit you against one of nine commanders (including the "Nature Boy" Ric Flair. Whooooo!) in 50 different real-time strategy challenges. As you win the challenges, against such threats as Soviet war bears and an entire army of psionic Japanese school girls, you'll unlock new units, items and challenges. In case you couldn't tell, the game seems to have a sense of humor.
Command & Conquer Red Alert 3: Commander's Challenge will be released sometime this summer on XBLA & PSN for 800 MSP/$10.
