Well, that's kinda the point to facebook. I'll admit to being guilty of having a FB page and occassionaly spouting mundane shit about my life.

I've never been stupid enough to add people who I plan on talking smack about though, unless of course I wished to piss them off on purpose.

Only thing I use sparingly is Messenger (and even that is switched of mostly). I despise all the rest. Just because it ends up being about nothing 90% of the time. Need me? Call me, we'll have a beer.

Wow, talk about not thinking before you act. I can understand venting about someone if there is little to no chance they will hear or see it. But to talk shit about your boss when he's on your friends list? That's just... special.

Anyways, I have a facebook page, and update it from time to time. What I personally hate is how some of my friends on there, update. Every. Single. Moment. Of their lives. Like going shopping. And taking a shower and going to bed. I don't care if you just brushed your teeth with Crest toothpaste! Shut up! Update with the important stuff! GAH! Unless that is the most important, and exciting stuff... now that's a sad thought.

Anyone who is stupid enough to put anything in writing about their own work, colleagues or customers is just waiting of it to come back and bite them on the ass. I don't even name names in text messages or private email. I never post anything that stupid on Face book and I'm fairly certain I've not mentioned where I work on here either.
