I have a slim psp and am trying to get a video out cable that's right for me.
I already know that the composite cable only works on movies while the component works with movies AND games but requires a progressive scan tv.

I want to get the component for the looks and game compatibility, but most of my friends lack progressive scan tvs (and I really want to be able to bring movies and tv shows with me whenever).

I did a bit of research and then I found this:

Its a Pelican brand component cable, but it looks like it has got a standard def/high def switch on it. Has anyone tried or heard anything about this cable or any other psp video out with a def. switch?
Thanks

On closer inspection, it looks like rather than composite/component, the cord is s-video/component. I think I'm gonna pick one of these up.:D
