Anyone watch the premiere tonight? I actually liked it, although Slater overacted the skeezy covert operative (big surprise). But it has an enjoyable premise.

What this means, unfortunately, is that it will fail. Ultimately, any show I become interested in ends up getting canceled. I suppose that's probably part of the reason I don't watch a lot of TV. I don't want to get interested in other truly excellent shows and have those get canned just by association. :D

So, anyone else catch it? Thoughts?

It was much better than what I thought it would be. It certainly seemed to flow a lot better than Heroes did.

I gave it a shot. I was intrigued by the premise and actually liked the execution. Definitely interesting to see if this one sticks around.

I thought this would be about the Lit song.

It was actually kind of funny. I liked it. Have to wait and see how good it gets though.

I cannot truthfully comment on the show because I did not watch it. All I can comment on was the commercial/trailer for the show, which I saw over a month ago. At the time, I had assumed it was one of those fake movie/TV ads that were actually for a product. Turns out they were actually making this show. Laughs ensued.

Was very so so last night. I was reading magazine while watching, and the magazines were winning my attention.

I'm getting a bit sick of the running gag where Henry never gets to sleep with his own wife. I'm hoping that doesn't last long - it's getting old after just two episodes.

The rest was pretty cool, especially the part with the doctor at the very end. :D

Yea, that gag is old now. You like defenestration that much?

It wasn't so much how he died that was interesting, as much as the fact that he was dealt with that harshly. It sort of puts it into perspective for Henry that he really shouldn't be going to anyone at all about his unique "problem". I was really thinking that he was finally going to crack and tell his wife about it, but after that, I don't think he's going to dare now.

At least, not until the season cliffhanger (should there be a second season, and at this point, I'm not holding my breath).
