Tournament discussion Thread (I need a Halo 3 team!)

So is anyone else planning on doing some of the tournaments? Last time I went in '06, I had a blast doing the Halo 2 and G.R.A.W. tourneys.

Anyway, I need a team for the Halo 3 tourney. I don't have any disillusions about winning the whole thing, but I'm a competent player and I just want to find others who want to do it for fun and comraderie. Any takers? The teams are 4 players.

Console Tournaments (http://forums.penny-arcade.com/showthread.php?t=96888) Registrations begin Friday, with limited registrations for Saturday and Sunday, unrestricted signups 2 hours beforehand. Main and standby lists. For Halo 3, you should go with a team of 4, if not you go on standby.
Rock Band 2 Tournament (http://forums.penny-arcade.com/showthread.php?t=98269) form a band beforehand, LFG in thread/around the area. Qualifications Friday, single elimination brackets Saturday, final four Sunday on the "big" stage. Qualifiers require playing off a selected list, Saturday/Sunday will have ALL available songs.
