Sins of a Solar Empire - Favorite Mods? (1.17/1.03)

So I was going to try out that 7 Deadly Sins mod for SoaSE, and discovered that for some reason it would crash when activated. Checked various other things, and lo and behold it doesn't work with 1.17.

Thus, I ask of you, my far more knowledgeable friends, have any good mods you like to use with SoaSE 1.17 and/or Entrenchment 1.03?

Last I looked, about 10 days ago, I couldn't find any mods that were 1.17 compatible and in english. :( That being said, there is a decent Star Trek mod in German but unfortunately the name is lost on me.

Well that kind of sucks, considering 1.17 is the only version I can GET.
