I don't really like those bands so I won't be there....in fact Freezepop gave me a headache last year. For those that do though; this could be an option.

If you're in seattle then, you should be at PAX and you'll have heard them for free anyways.
But I guess if you're a big fan it might be worth it.

This is Sunday after PAX is over I think....although I think we may be at Vons then....still an option.

Is a freezepop anything like a freezie?

El Corazón is a much smaller venue so if you want to get up close and see the band this could be a nice alternative.

I love Freezepop, but I believe I shall be catching them at PAX. Plus, my plane leaves at 7pm on Sunday.

What are some other smaller music venues that get national acts in Seattle? All I've found so far are El Corazon and Showbox.

Take those and add neon techno lights to them now magnify that by 100. That's how awesome they are.

There used to be quite a few but a bunch have closed down. Sit N' Spin was a cool one that used to be a laundromat/small venue/cafe. I haven't been there in about 8 years and it looks like they may still be in business.
There are some more but I can't seem to remember them at the moment. Been a while since I was a concert goer and a few have come and gone in the interim.
EDIT: It's amazing what a Google search will do to your memory. Chop Suey, Crocodile Cafe, and Neumos although I don't think I've been to the Chop Suey or Neumos.
EDIT 2: Sonic Boom Records will have smaller artists some times. Never been but I've heard it's cool. One of our local rock stations has a good list as well. http://1077theend.com/pages/3700763.php
