Browsing our lovely little webpage with Google Chrome, this one time I have been greeted with the following message:

The website at www.colonyofgamers.com contains elements from the site metalsludge.tv, which appears to host malware – software that can hurt your computer or otherwise operate without your consent. Just visiting a site that contains malware can infect your computer.
For detailed information about the problems with these elements, visit the Google Safe Browsing diagnostic page for metalsludge.tv.

I just thought y'all'd want to know about it.
edit: I removed the www. from the supposed malware site so you can't click it.
second edit: I get the warning when going here: http://www.colonyofgamers.com/cogforums/showthread.php?p=21707

Hmm, tried it in Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer. No warnings whatsoever.

None of those browsers have built in malware filtering, unless your anti-virus software installs it. :)

I'm not getting the warning currently in Google Chrome, running Avast. I've seen that warning before, so I know it's enabled and functioning in my install.

So I cleared my cookies to make sure it wasn't that.
Interesting facet: I do not get the malware warning when I am logged out. However, when I am logged in, I do.

I'm not seeing it either on Firefox or Chrome, both logged in and out.

Oh, I get it now, I think. I said something about logging in two minutes ago and I think he's saying that my computer must be slow, since it took two minutes.

That's all I could get out of that.

F-Secure Technology Preview on Windows 7 RC1. It installs an auto ant-malware component for IE.

I think he meant that, you have to login to post, and you posted that you couldn't remember when you last logged in. Hence, you would have had to just login to make the post.

Don't forget that Google Chrome is still in beta and they've encountered issues with false positives before.

If you look around, there are reports of them tagging IGN, BBC, etc...

Actually it's considered out of Beta now. But you're right, it does give false positives. At any rate, CoG is fine.
